While I am sure that everyone is hoping that the economy smoothes out while we’re waiting why not enjoy a fabulous smoothie. Below is one of my favorite recipes for the classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Enjoy!
Ingredients
4 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of organge juice
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of icecream
1 teaspoon of choice vitamin supplement
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
1. Peel and cut fruit
2. Place all ingredients in a blender
3. Add ice if desired to thin it out
4. Blend at desired speed
5. Pour into glass and garnish with strawberry or whip cream
